Raised in a family of architects and builders, he developed a deep appreciation for thoughtful design and precise execution early on. At The House of Porter, Damon leads executive operations, guiding each project from pre-construction through completion with a focus on quality, efficiency, and craftsmanship. A graduate of the University of Southern California, he brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to every home the team creates.

    Griffin Armstrong is a licensed California real estate professional and MBA candidate at the University of Southern California, with a strong background in commercial real estate valuation and advisory. Born and raised in West Los Angeles, he brings deep local insight and financial expertise to every transaction. Griffin previously held roles at Houlihan Lokey and Duff & Phelps, where he consulted institutional clients on fair value measurements, purchase price allocations, and transaction advisory.
